Where to change your profile information?
Update your information
From the Dashboard, you click on your profile picture or the small fold-out menu at the top right; then click on the "Settings" button.
By default, you will be taken to the "Profile" tab. On this tab you have access to 4 sections: "My Details", "Authentication", "E-mail" and "Password". The "My Details" section provides an overview of your information.
You can change your name, profile picture and email.
Changing the email is of course not possible if you have registered via Google or Facebook
The field "phone number" is not accessible because this data is currently not relevant for accessing the services.
The "name" field is relevant for members of organisations and companies that have subscribed to the "Premium" and "Pro" subscriptions, or to the "IKiCorp" service.
Change your profile picture
From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture or the small fold-out menu at the top right; then click on the "Settings" button.
In the "Profile" tab, under the "My Details" section, click on the field titled "Click here to upload an image", you can then browse your device to select the image you want.
Once the selection window is closed, the title of the selected image will replace the "Click here to download an image" field and you will only need to click on the "Update Profile" button for the changes to take effect.
A notification titled "Profile successfully updated" will inform you of the success of the operation.
Change your email address
From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture or the small fold-out menu at the top right, then click on the 'Settings' button.
In the 'Profile' tab, click on the 'Email' section to access the editing interface.
Alternatively, under the 'My Details' section, click on the 'Update Email Address' button below the 'Email Address' field to access this interface.
Here, enter your new email address in the dedicated fields. Please enter it twice to confirm it and then enter your password.
Then click on "Update email address" to ensure that the changes are taken into account.
Change your password
From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture or the small fold-out menu at the top right, then click on the 'Settings' button.
In the "Profile" tab, click on the "Password" section to access the change interface.
Here, fill in your current password and enter your new password, confirming it twice, and then click on "Update Password" so that the changes will take effect.
